You get an update at each stage: Placed, Accepted, Picked Up, On the Way and Delivered. The ETA is set when the rider picks up your order.

Each order is for one cuisine category. If the same partner kitchen serves both categories, the app combines them into one order with one bill and one delivery. Otherwise, place a second order.
You can cancel for free within 60 seconds of placing an order, as long as the kitchen hasn't accepted it yet. If you already paid, you get a full refund. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Refunds to your Fengle Wallet are instant. Refunds to your original payment method reach you in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
You can pay with UPI, credit or debit card, net banking, Fengle Wallet balance, or Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
